Therapy

  • Schema Therapy:

    This evidence-based, integrative therapy addresses deep emotional and relational patterns. It provides a nurturing space to explore unmet childhood needs while also helping clients confront unhelpful strategies that no longer serve them.

    Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR):

    Recognised as the “gold standard” for trauma treatment, EMDR is highly effective for processing distressing/traumatic memories. It is also beneficial for issues such as anxiety, depression, and self-esteem.

    Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT):

    A goal-focused, structured therapy that helps clients understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are connected. CBT is ideal for addressing specific challenges through practical, results-oriented approaches.

    Other Integrative Therapies:

    I am also trained in a range of other evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Analytical Therapy (CAT), Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
